    All 23 members are represented today!

    Action Points

    • Stats were good for the month of January.
    • Valor Awards: we have 6 committed so far.
      • The plan is to have 10 members commit, which will cost $65 a piece.
      • From the members who commit, 2 will be selected to join the honorees at our table.
      • We would like to have the list finalized by next meeting.
    • March 5th is the first Pancake Breakfast for the year!!!!

      • The survey takes 5-10 minutes, and our leadshare group represented 17 or so out of the 50 participants last year!

    Spotlighter: Ty Clifton – Patrice and Associates

    • Ty retired from the military after serving our country for 25 years.
    • He purchased the Franchise and currently can serve Loudoun and the surrounding counties.
    • As he explains to his son, “He Helps People Get Jobs”
    • The Hospitality Industry is second only to the government for employment in the US.
    • Patrice and Associates is the largest hospitality recruitment company in the US, consisting of 90 franchises and over 300 recruiters.
    • The primary focus is on leadership positions, but may include front of house managers, to sous chef, to hourly employees.
    • Ty has recently hired 3 more recruiters who are former military, and is looking for opportunities such as:
      • Do you know someone who works in the restaurant industry?
      • Do you have a favorite restaurant that you frequent?
      • Do you have a favorite hotel or place to stay when you travel?
